Why pricing is quotation-based
The final price depends on the exact product, manufacturer or brand, specification, quantity, supplier availability, destination, freight, taxes, documentation and agreed delivery terms. A written quotation confirms these items before payment is requested.
What the quotation will show
- Product description, specification and quantity.
- Unit price, total product value and quotation currency.
- Applicable taxes or export treatment, as relevant.
- Freight, insurance or handling charges included or payable.
- Estimated dispatch or delivery timeline.
- Payment terms, quotation validity and other stated conditions.
How to request a quotation
Email the product name, required specification, quantity, delivery destination and required timeline to alchemygatewayexim@gmail.com. If a particular brand or manufacturer is required, include that in the enquiry.
Price changes and validity
A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Prices may change after expiry because of supplier pricing, exchange rates, freight, availability, taxes or regulatory costs. No price is binding until the order is accepted under the quotation or proforma invoice terms.
Quotation-specific payment links
A payment link is created only after a written quotation or proforma invoice has been issued and accepted. The payment request will relate to that specific order and its stated amount and currency. This website does not publish an open payment link for unspecified purchases.
Customers should verify the quotation reference, payable amount and business identity before paying. Do not pay against an expired, altered or unconfirmed quotation.
Order confirmation
A successful payment does not change the agreed product or commercial terms. The order is processed against the accepted quotation, required buyer information, confirmed payment and any applicable compliance documents.
